Software for congress stands.

I build the interactive part of pharma and medical congress stands: touchscreens, photo experiences and engagement analytics. Fixed scope, fixed price, on the floor when the doors open. Recent work for Johnson & Johnson Medical at EADV and WCLC, and for GSK at ECCMID.

What it usually takes

  • Touchscreen presentation or navigator

A touchscreen navigator like the one built for GSK at ECCMID typically takes 2 to 3 weeks and costs £6k to £10k.

  • Photo or interactive experience

A photo experience like the 4K photo mosaic for Johnson & Johnson Medical typically takes 2 to 4 weeks and costs £6k to £12k.

  • Engagement analytics across a stand

Analytics across a whole stand, like EventScope for Johnson & Johnson at EADV, typically takes 4 to 6 weeks and costs £14k to £20k.

  • Adapting a previous build for a new event

Bringing a build back for the next congress, re-skinned and re-scoped, typically takes a week and costs £3k to £5k.

If your idea is close to something I have built before, I can reuse some of my own tested parts, and the saving goes to you in time or price. Every stand is different, so tell me about yours and I will come back with a fixed price.

Included in every build

  • Works with no network. Venue wifi is unreliable, so nothing depends on it.
  • GDPR handled on the device. Photos and interactions are processed on the stand. Nothing leaves it without the client's say so.
  • Analytics you can read on the day. What visitors looked at, for how long, and how far they got. Exportable for the medical affairs team.
  • Same day changes. Content and branding tweaks during the event are normal, not a change request.
  • Tested on the real hardware before it ships.

How it fits your pitch

  1. Pitch. Use the examples above to cost the digital idea into your proposal. I can sketch what is possible at a given budget before you present.
  2. On win. I scope it with you and the client, and confirm a fixed price in writing.
  3. Build. Working software you can see at each milestone, not a reveal at the end.
  4. On the floor. Installed, tested on the actual hardware, and I am reachable throughout the event.
  5. After. Handover notes, and the build stays ready to adapt for the next event.

Tell me about your stand

The congress, the date and the idea are enough to start. I will come back with what is possible and a fixed price.
